- PAYMENTS: a deposit of 30% may be taken to confirm your reservation, the balance will be paid upon delivery of the keys.
- A security deposit of EUR 300 per studio will be requested upon arrival. This will be fully reimbursed 7 days after your departure from the establishment if no damage has been found in the accommodation.

Tourist tax, not included,is to be paid on arrival: furnished: 2.2% of the daily rate per day and per adult person within the limit of € 2.53 / person bed and breakfast: € 0.80 per day and per adult person.
